Our Services
Session Information
We provide life coaching and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. Our sessions are 45 minutes long, and your coaches and therapists can be reached by phone or email to discuss the fees for your sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective 1/25/2021, Stacey is now a Professional Life Coach, and no longer accepts insurance for appointments. Clients will need to pay full session fees at the beginning of each appointment, and ALL OF HER SESSIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA ZOOM, FACETIME OR PHONE (none in person yet). Sandra Holland is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Stacey Aus has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, and is a Life Coach, as well as a Certified Alcohol Abuse Treatment Specialist. We accept you as you are, yet also realize that you need to make changes in order to see changes in your life.
